Eat This, Not That: Avoiding Hidden Calories in Fast Food

Eat This
Panera Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Not That
Chili’s Chicken Caesar Salad

Drink This

Not That
Margarita
,700 calories, 50 g sugars

I try not to get too obsessed with calorie counting and just keep my focus on eating healthier.
I have found that choosing a salad over a sandwich is not always the best idea. Especially if you are at Chili's and your salad has 1,000+ calories! I still can not understand why anyone would make a salad that has 1,000 calories, it completely defeats the purpose. Luckily I came across the "Eat this, Not That" website so hopefully I won't get tricked into eating such an unhealthy salad again.

I haven't found that counting calories works for me (just too hard to keep up with). I do find it helpful to use this website when it comes to Fast Food and dining out. Clearly, sometimes things are not what they appear. Check out the website to see other food swaps. If you find this information helpful there is a book you can buy, or you can you just the website for free like me!

NYC officials also see the benefit in providing information caloric information to consumers.
They recently passed a law that requires Fast Food restaurants to post the calories right next to the prices. After my experience at Chili's I think it is a really good idea. Knowing the calories could help people make healthier choices.

Tips on getting rid of belly fat???
Do you eat well? Do you exercisie? Do you still have belly fat?

I would like to share some tips with you about how I got rid of my belly fat. I started using the Herbalife Advanced Plus Shapeworks Program.

The Power of Herbalife Cellular Nutrition

By simply providing the cells of the body

with the nutrients they need, a positive

shift happens. – Dr. Tony Vendryes

– Dr. Tony Vendryes
It is based on Cellular Nurtition. Herbalife's core products Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Formula 2 Multivitamin and Formula 3 Cell Activator.

I mixed two scoops of Formula 1 Nutritional Mix with two scoops of Personalized Protein Powder (PPP). French Vanilla is my favorite flavor because you can change the flavor by adding different fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, mangos, bananas, etc. I mix my shake with 8 oz. of soymilk. Sometimes I add yogurt to my shake.

I also add 1 tsp. of Herbal Tea Concentrate to my shake. Raspberry is my favorite flavor. I love the aroma and flavor. This tea is a cleanser for the colon. Its nickname is drink and shrink. The more you drink the more you shrink. It boosts your metabolism like a 20 minute workout. Sometimes I drink the tea hot in the morning. I meditate over it to start my day. I love the energy it gives me.

I have two shakes a day. One at breakfast and one at lunch. I also used Total Control to boost my metabolism and shrink my appetite. I also use other enchancers like Aminogen and Celluloss to burn fat and shrink my skin. This keeps me from having hanging skin as I lose weight.

For a snack, I eat a protein bar. Sometimes I eat a tuna salad or turkey or chicken salad. I don't use mayo. I just add the fish or lean to green vegetables. For dressing, I like Paul Newmann's Vinagrette. Two tablespoons of vinagrette equal 45 to 60 calories. They are organic and flavorful.

At dinner time, I use Total Control to help me from overeating. I eat lean meat, vegetable or salad, bread, and rice, potato or starch.

If I get hungry later after dinner, I make another shake without the tea.

I have gone from a womens' size 18 to a regular 10.

I have added the Activated Fiber tablet to my daily regimen to cleanse my colon.

Now I have one shake a day. If I gain a couple of pounds, then I go back to eating two shakes a day.
