Beyonce Workout:Move Your Body!


Beyonce has partnered with Michelle Obama to fight obesity. She is promoting exercise with the "Let's Move Campaign." She has remixed one of my favorite workout songs "Get 'Em Bodied." The new version is called  "Move Your Body" and there is a workout routine that goes along with it. It is definitely great to see Beyonce taking time to fight Obesity. ummm. i think it will sell because of B and 1st lady O. but i prefer something more challenging myself. i know millions will love it though. That's most important it will get people moving. thanks for sharing

It's a good warm-up & I love the remix. I would do it when I needed a boost or motivation.

I think the kids would have a good time doing this for a while. It looks like a lot of fun though. I agree with it being a good warm-up routine.

Exercises are great first time around but the explanations are a bit too long, i actually have to fwd through them. you might consider shortening the videos or advise the viewer to continue working on last movement as you explain the next
