No meat, no dairy or eggs with an emphasis on non-processed foods. The diet should also lean more towards the grains/fruit/veggies than white rice, potatoes or pasta as fillers. I lost almost 25lbs in 1 month doing this with a 30<br />minute workout 4 days a week.
